How To Operate — Hub vs Executive Map
MORNING
Start in the Hub. Hit What's My Focus Now. Let it read your goals, action items, brain dump, and Executive Map context and give you your one clear answer for the day. Check Action Items. Check Financials. The whole morning check-in takes 5 minutes.
WHEN TO MAP
Open the Executive Map when you need to think. When you are unclear on direction, when something feels off in a venture, when you need to see the full architecture and ask big questions. The Map is for strategy and clarity. The Hub is for execution. Do not confuse the two.
MIDWEEK
Check Action Items. Check Show Calendar. Log any income or expenses as they happen. Drop ideas into Brain Dump as they come to you — they feed your next analysis automatically.
FRIDAY
Run Strategic Pulse across all ventures before you close out the week. Hit Master Analysis. That output tells you what to carry into next week. Drop the priorities into Action Items so Monday morning the hub already knows what matters. This is your weekly COO session.
