The Oriance Group, LLC — TOG Command Hub

1. Overview

The Oriance Group Command Hub ("the Hub") is a private, internal executive operating system operated by The Oriance Group, LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the Hub and its QuickBooks integration.

2. Information We Collect

The Hub collects the following information:

Authentication credentials managed through Firebase Authentication
Financial data accessed through QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0, including income, expenses, and profit and loss reports
User-entered data including income logs, expense logs, subscription records, goals, action items, and notes stored in Firebase Firestore

3. How We Use Your Information

All data collected by the Hub is used solely for the internal business operations of The Oriance Group, LLC. Specifically:

QuickBooks financial data is used to display business financial summaries within the Hub dashboard
No data is sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party other than the authorized service providers listed below

4. Third-Party Services

The Hub uses the following third-party services:

Intuit QuickBooks Online — for financial data access via OAuth 2.0
Google Firebase — for authentication and data storage
Anthropic Claude API — for AI-powered strategic analysis
Netlify — for application hosting and serverless functions

5. Data Security

Access to the Hub is restricted to authorized users of The Oriance Group, LLC. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. QuickBooks access tokens are stored securely and are never exposed publicly.

6. QuickBooks Data

The Hub accesses QuickBooks data only with explicit user authorization through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 flow. Users may revoke access at any time through their QuickBooks account settings or by disconnecting within the Hub. We do not store QuickBooks credentials. Access tokens are stored locally in the user's browser and are used only to retrieve financial reports from Intuit's API.

7. Data Retention

User-entered data is retained in Firebase Firestore for as long as the account is active. QuickBooks access tokens expire per Intuit's standard token lifecycle. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting The Oriance Group, LLC directly.
