This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the TOG Command Hub application ("the Hub"), operated by The Oriance Group, LLC ("Company"). By accessing the Hub, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Hub solely for internal business operations of The Oriance Group, LLC. This license does not permit sublicensing, resale, or use by unauthorized third parties.
The Hub is a private internal tool. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of The Oriance Group, LLC. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. Users may not:
The Hub integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online to display financial data. By connecting QuickBooks through the Hub, you authorize The Oriance Group, LLC to access your QuickBooks financial data on your behalf. This authorization may be revoked at any time. Use of QuickBooks data within the Hub is subject to Intuit's Terms of Service.
All data entered into or retrieved by the Hub is governed by the Hub's Privacy Policy, available at hub.theoriancegroup.com/privacy.html.
The Hub is provided for internal operational use. Financial data displayed within the Hub is sourced from QuickBooks Online and is provided for informational purposes. The Company makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of third-party data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Oriance Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Hub.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Hub constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
